When a veteran connects with Vector, we assign them a dedicated mentor who provides personalized guidance and support throughout their journey. Our team actively assists in placing the veteran in a corporate role, partnering with businesses to hire veterans on a 6-12 month contract at a zero or reduced cost rate. This arrangement allows veterans to apply their skills and gain valuable corporate work experience while providing the company with a reduced cost, highly skilled resource.

At the end of the contract, the company has the option to hire the veteran in a full-time role, recognizing the immense value and potential they bring. This model ensures a win-win situation, benefiting both veterans and companies, while fostering a supportive and inclusive corporate environment.
